SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES:

Currently, we own two homes, and they are in Chingford and Romford. The services are situated in a tranquil and exclusive neighbourhood, near local parks, shops, supermarkets, malls, recreational centres/gyms, public transport, and local banks.

Furthermore, our services are conveniently found near the A406 and A12 motorways. Clients can receive help to access local amenities to fulfil their social and diverse needs. 

In reviewing our philosophy of care, we strive to create a welcoming and flourishing environment that effectively supports and enhances the welfare and well-being of those entrusted to our care. Our domiciliary and supported living services encompass the following offerings:

  • Provision of general personal care needs, delivered in accordance with the established care/support plan for clients.
  • Ensuring safe participation in bathing, showering, or washing activities.
  • Support to present well and in a polished and comfortable appearance.
  • Proper management of medication as directed by the client’s physician and accurate documentation of medication administrations.
  • Assistance with important medical appointments and additional needs.
  • Preparing and serving nutritious and wholesome meals.
  • Oral care assistance, encompassing help with dental appointments and procedures.
  • Assistance with eye care and support for attending optician appointments and procedures.
  • Laundry and ironing services are available.
  • Assistance in connecting, interacting, and enjoying time with family and friends.
  • Assistance for national and international short breaks or
  • Assistance in obtaining benefits and support for participation in postal activities.
  • A round-the-clock on-call service that offers support to clients and staff outside of regular hour

Our supported living homes offer a fully staffed service available 24/7, and we can also provide live-in care for clients who require this service. Alongside the support mentioned earlier, we also guarantee the following as part of the services you can anticipate from us:

  • 24/7 staff support as outlined in the funding contract.
  • Assistance in planning holiday or short break destinations.
